Processing Time

All Suet & Co. products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we prepare each order with care.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All orders are shipped from Calgary, Canada.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on destination, weather, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Delays & Responsibility

Suet & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
