Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items. All Suet & Co. products are handcrafted in small batches and intended for personal care use.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We recommend reviewing product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. If you have questions or sensitivities, we’re always happy to help you choose the right product prior to ordering.
