At Suet & Co., each jar is made by hand in small batches — crafted with care, intention, and natural ingredients. Because our skincare is designed for personal use and freshness, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
That said, we always want you to love your ritual. Please read below for how we handle special circumstances.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send an email to hello@suetandco.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Unopened, Unused Products
If your product is unopened and unused, and in its original packaging, we may accept a return for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Please contact us first for return instructions — unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Once a product has been opened, used, or returned past the timeframes above, all sales are final.
