At Suet & Co., each jar is made by hand in small batches — crafted with care, intention, and thoughtfully selected natural ingredients.

Because our products are designed for personal use and freshness, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. We always want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the information below regarding special circumstances.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@suetandco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

If approved, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened & Unused Products

We may accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are eligible for:

  • Store credit
  • Exchange

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Please contact us prior to returning any item. Unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

All Sales Final

Products that have been opened or used are final sale.
